License from Salesforce is not working

We got a new license from Sales force but it is not working. I am attaching old license file (working but expiring) and new license file (not working)

Hi Muhammed. Looks like the license you have created is a “Host” type rather than a “Standard” license. The host license is used to match the http host name (dns name) rather than the machine name. When generating a license it is recommended to create a standard license and only create a host license if the machine name cannot be set.
