Navigation button

Component New widget type "Navigation button". Should be available as a toolbar button or as a widget. It would be much the same in appearance as the current ti widget except for the purpose of navigating the user to another page with options to "intercept" or change the settings service for particular dimensions if desired.

Expected behavior User clicks button and is navigated to a different part of the application taking the current filter selections (or changing for specific dimensions)
