Scrolling to the right on tables with many columns doesn't work

In a table view with 50+ columns you can scroll all the way right. Every time you try to do so, the scroll bar jumps back to the left and resets.

This is a critical issue for the users because they are unable to input values on all table cells.

Issue has been resolved and the fix is going to be part of next (2023.09) release
