Media File Viewer & Uploader with a download button to serve as an attachment bin

Dear Apliqo Dev team,
It would be great to have the ability to add a download button to the Media Media File Viewer & Uploader widget with an option to disable auto-showing the content but instead allowing for users to upload/download the files. This feature is something that would help us to attach and keep a track of some adhoc excel/pdf files used in the financial planning but are not stored in apliqo directly.

@Scott Wiltshire (CW-CH) suggested we open this ticket which would be helpful.
