Subset Editor and Subset list type in ViewDef are not hierarchy aware

If list type in the ViewDef is defined as Subset for an alternate hierarchy then no members are displayed and the view breaks. If the list type is replaced with “MDX” and the exact equivalent expression as behind the subset then it does work.

It looks like subsets are always routing to the “samed named hierarchy” and need to be made hierarchy aware.
