This is not a bug. The cube viewer widget gives the user the ability to do freeform analysis. This includes selecting the cube to view as well as reconfiguring the dimensions in the grid. If you don’t want to give users this ability then instead use the grid widget. There is already a ER to restrict access to various cube viewer toolbar components (select instance, select cube, select sandbox, etc.)
