Table popup column in View doessn't have correct CSS header style applied

In views columns for table popups don’t have any formatting applied to the header. The table popup columsn should have the same formatting as all the other column headers (unless explicitly overwritten in advanced options). Particularly when popup column are _between _sub-views this looks quite bad.

See the below example “Rate by Month” is missing the heavy bottom border.
