Widget is blank when opening in full screen

Describe the bug
Dashboard widgets are blank when opening in full screen. This includes Charts and Grid widgets. In the full screen, the next and previous arrows do not work as well

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to any dashboard in a wizard that has a grid to a chart
2. Click on the full screen icon
3. you get a blank screen

Expected behavior
When clicking full screen the expected behavior is to display the widget

Hi rameez,
Trying to replicate the steps you describe in 2023.10 FP2:

• find a wizard which contains a dashboard which in term contains both grid widget(s) and chart widget(s)
• on one of the widgets enter fullscreen mode
• navigate through the widgets in fullscreen mode

This behaves as expected. All widgets display in fullscreen.

If this is not the correct steps then please better explain how to replicate. Otherwise this is fixed by upgrading.

The screenshot you posted doesn’t help up to replicate the issue. Without being able to replicate an issue it can’t be diagnosed or fixed either. In order to not be wasting our or your valuable time please provide the following.

• A screenshot of the dashboard with the widgets that don’t render in full screen clearly identified. Or clearly state which widget types are not working for you.
• The full text contents of the advanced options json code for the widget(s) which are not working.
