Admin user unable to move apps

I noticed a minor bug related to actions while logged in as the TM1 “ADMIN” user. While trying to move an app (i.e., running “}APQ.UX.Dim.App.Move), the TI errors out. Specifically, it is due to the loop below since the “ADMIN” user does not belong to any of the APQ security groups.

However, we are currently unable to assign any security groups to the “ADMIN” user in the “}APQ UX Security Manage Client Groups” cube due to the rule below. Adding the additional line below fixes the issue:
