Chart y-axis Soft Min Not Working on Combo Charts

The y-axis Soft Min does not work when a combination of chart types for different series is used. In the attached Image 1 we have a chart with one series set to column and the second to line (default chart type is line). The Soft Min has been set but does not work on the chart. When both series are set to Line type then the Soft Min works, see attached Image 2.
