ODBC - settings predefined table styles

Another quick suggestion related to the ODBC grids. Noticed that even though we can format the ODBC grids using row/columnFormat, we cannot apply the “Predefined styles for grid” (e.g., noBorders, zebra, etc). Hopefully this functionality is already in the pipeline for the next release!
