Add new Display Settings tab for printing and PDF export

In the layout settings for dashboards, add a new tab to set the layout for printing and PDF export. Users could be able to:

• Set different scales for each widget;
• Make widgets not printable;
• Define horizontal layout and page breaks.

This way, the settings would be saved and reapplied each time users export to PDF.
