Header Format is not working as expected

Header Color Format feature which is working in 2023.02 version is now broken in recently released 2024.02 & 2024.02 FP1 version.

First Image with all headers attached here is 2023.02. Second one is from 2024.02 FP1 which is currently appearing in white.

The settings file for both version are indentical. Please note the columns where this is not working has a custom format applied to it.

Our team identified this bug : https://bitbucket.org/apliqoc3ux/apq-c3-ux/issues/684/column-formatting-not-being-applied-on which was fixed in 2023.10 version , but with new release for 2024.02 it seems to have broken.
