Rows offset with Row Span enabled

I noticed that Row Span appears to be offsetting the first stacked column incorrectly. In this example, I am stacking two dimensions on the rows. For simplicity, the first column is an MDX with two elements selected and the second column is an MDX with third elements selected.

With Row Span disabled, the stacked rows show up properly:

With Row Span enabled (and zero suppression off), the rows in the first column are not lining up properly:

With zero suppression on, the same issue happens:

Not sure what the status is but I have the same problem on the client site and internal Timesheet server.

Issue has been resolved and the fix was part of the UX 2021.02 FP2 release.
