UX navigation - configure border of the navigation boxes

Need to have the option to configure the border (thickness or color) of the navigation boxes.

For example, on a white page I want to have a UX navigation list with a white background and white border, so that it looks completely like a “quick links” list.

Currently border is always black and cannot be changed.
