Auto-refresh off not working on first step of wizard

It appears the “realTimeEnabled” parameter does not work when it is applied to a page on the first step of a wizard. When you refresh the wizard page, the button still appears depressed (“pressed down”) and you need to manually toggle it off.

However, this parameter works on non-first steps of the wizard and stand-alone view pages.
