print to pdf issue

our print to pdf uses to work after we upgraded to 2023.10 FP2, and we just found out it’s not working anymore, we’ve checked backend setting, nothing changed. when we try to open the pdf, it throws an error that can’t open either not supported file type or file has been damaged (attached). How can we troubleshoot this issue?
