Toggle Excel Headers - Option for lettering/numering to skip inserted columns/rows

We currently allow users to toggle excel headers on and off. We also use inserted columns as “breaks” between different sections of our report. Users have requested that the column lettering not apply to these “breaks” ie: inserted columns
