Handle error on TM1 native drill-through if drill process returns error

Description of bug If the }Drill_ process called by TM1 native drill-through returns an error then the drill-through modal window will hang.

To reproduce In landing page of demo application select an individual month from the time slider selection e.g. 2016_M03. Select the DRILL from the right-click cell menu. The popup window will hang forever waiting for the drill to be returned.

Expected behaviour If the }Drill_ process returns an error then the popup should also throw an exception. e.g. display "The drill process returned an error!"
