UN/PW boxes show when SSO is enabled and timeout occurs

When SSO is enabled and a timeout occurs users are presented with a login screen that requires a UN/PW. Due to using 2FA basic auth won’t work and users are shown an error that makes them think their access was removed or changed. However, they just need to refresh the page. If a timeout occurs, the login screen should show a message that says “Please refresh this page to login” or show a Login button.
