Wei Wang created an issue 2020-03-12

When the first step of a wizard is deleted (via App Management), we can no longer navigate to the wizard page when in “Edit Mode”. Clicking on the wizard page will bounce the user back to the homepage. Work-around is to manually set the “Position” of one of the subsequent steps to “1”.
