Need for a TopologyBinding for boolean attributes.

Theres is a need for a TopologyBinding for boolean attributes. Such binding should allows the user to specify a topology for the case where the attribute is true, and one when the attribute is false. The appropriate topology should be attached to parent node upon changes in the attribute.
