Closing Apogy reverts screen layout to settings as of the openning of the program

If one opens apogy, the original screen layout (resolution, screen positions) is stored somewhere. if the resolution is changed, e.g. second monitor is connected, it will revert to the original layout when apogy is closed.

So, let's say I have 1 screen with 1080p I open apogy, I plug 2 more 1080p monitors. Do work on all three, close apogy, the two other monitors shut down.
