Apogy RCP Feature not accessible/visible once installed.

Regent L'Archeveque created an issue

Apogy RCP feature cannot be accessed once installed. Current workaround is to import ca.gc.asc_csa.apogy.rcp.feature into the workspace to develop Apogy RCP products.
