Fix Apogy Feature Dependencies

Actually, . apogy.rcp.feature and . apogy.sdk.feature embed all the features required by apogy.* features. Cleanup must be done. Each apogy features must specify its own features dependencies. This will provide a clean feature dependencies architecture.
