Regent L'Archeveque created an issue 2016-09-28

Apogy RCP based applications get problem while building through tycho. Indeed, when applications.rcp.feature requires ca.gc.asc_csa.apogy.rcp.feature, tycho complaints about missing plugins/features. Fix and test against https://github.com/polarsys-rover/polarsys-rover-apogy.

Commit e23524a seems to have fixed the Apogy installation problem. Let's check tycho build now.

Tested against https://github.com/polarsys-rover/polarsys-rover-apogy. Issue ~~#162~~ fixed.
