Unable to extend Apogy RCP and contribute a perspective via a fragment

Regent L'Archeveque created an issue

Apogy RCP makes use of E4 framework and includes default perspectives. Fragment can be used to extend and provide custom perspectives. However, we have problems to contribute perspectives that make use of Shared Elements specified in the Apogy E4 RCP. Investigations are required.
