Fix nsPrefix and nsURI in Apogy .xcore

Add Ecore instruction into .xcore files to properly specify nsPrefix and nsURI like the following example.

@Ecore(nsPrefix="ca.gc.asc_csa.apogy.common.emf", nsURI="http://ca/gc/asc_csa/apogy/common/emf/model/emf")
