TelemetryView & Display - Should they be removed?

It appears that in the newly refactored Git repo, the Telemetry View is no longer present.

If this is correct, then all of the other tools made obsolete by this (namely Displays) should also be removed; if this was a mistake, then the Telemetry View should be returned to the Git repo.

Yes. These features are obsolete and should be removed. New capabilities will replace these features.
