CSA FTP update site is not stable enough to perform Eclipse updates. Investigate and fix the issue.

CSA FTP site seems to be too slow and low bandwidth. Copied the P2 sites in ZIP format and changed the installation procedures. Bintray will be used to host the Apogy built once released.
