current uwc/dokuwiki code won't convert any attachment ... after some digging we found out that they were completely ignored bu uwc because Page->converted ended up with {\{xxx:yyy}} instead of {{xxx:yyy}} for dokuwiki attachments markup.
so this is not a definitive fix but a worthwhile one for some who want to migrate from dokuwiki.
