Improve loading time of pages with many cites

The initial loading time of pages containing many cites might be quite long (up to 250 ms per cite; a page with 40 cites might therefore need 10 seconds to load). Confluence's caching should however reduce the the load-times on subsequent loads. Due to a change in Atlassian's infrastructure it currently doesn't do this in a reproducible way.
