Unable to find bibtex-file ina pages with special characters

Description

If I attach the bibtex file to a page with special characters in the title, the plugin will not fin the attachment.

Steps to reproduce

1. create a page with e.g. a colon in the title
2. attach a bibtex file
3. save the page
4. add a bibtex cite anywhere, select the page with the colon inside the title
5. the bibtex file won't be shown

I tried to reproduce this issue with a page name "Source #+;" without any issue. Which version of Confluence and Simple Cite are you using?
