Allow cite summary for a tree of pages

As A customer I want to show a cite summary covering all pages under a defined root page.

Dear users. I would like to give a short update on this. While showing a summary covering all descendents is not complicated, the side effects of this request are complex which prevented us from implementing up to now. Just to give one example: when showing a page covered by an overarching summary the app must determine the page holding the summary first, then load all descendants in order to determine the correct number of the cite. This could have a significant impact on performance.
