Add Non Accepted filter

Our team is interested in your plugin Simple Questions and Answers, but we would like to have a tab that filters questions which have not been accepted. In fact, there are some people who are interested too: https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/CONFSERVER-51701

one additional question: what do you prefer?

1. Filter shows all questions which have answers but no accepted answer.
2. Filter shows all questions which have no accepted answer (including questions which have no answer).
