Make it more user friendly to create a comment

Currently users have to create an answer first and convert to a comment subsequently. Not al users seem to understand this.

    Fixed in version 1.15.0. The user can now choose "Save as answer" or "Save as comment" when providing a new input. A change later is still possible with the links already known.
