Option for disabling the "Ask Question" button

Hi there,

we're in the middle of establishing a company wide (600+ ppl) qa system based on this plugin and are loving it so far.

We use a space for hosting all questions divided into subpages for each topic. It's nice that you can nest the overview macro, so the landing page shows the questions from all topics and the individual subpages only show their respective questions.

So far so good.

We'd like the ability to disable the "Ask Question" button on the landing page since questions created there will show up on the root level and we want to force the users to choose a topic first since they tend to just press this button on the landing page.
