- also the ability to categorize a question e.g. customer provided, integration team, etc.

Dear Dana,
coming back to number 1: starting from version 1.3.0 Simple Questions and Answers provides the functionality to specify your own template for questions. Therefore you can easliy embed a macro in the template which offers an interface to Jira. However we will not provide such an interface within our plug-in.

thank you very much for your requests.
I think number 2 is already achievable by adding labels to the question. They show up in the overview as well and by clicking on them the current search/filter will be limited to the questions matching the label.
Regarding number 1: What kind of user interface do you have in mind? A button saying "transfer to Jira"? What kind of information should be transferred? The question only? The question including its answers?
