Support inline output of SVGs

As a customer I want to show SVGs also inline.

This is a show-stopper for me. The way I'm writing my application's documentation is "Click on the X icon". "Click on the X button" doesn't really work.

Hi Rob,

an inline output is implemented in the current version. It might however take a couple of hours before the app manager detects the change.

Please consider inline output as beta.

The new inline option works online but is forcing line breaks in PDF exports (see attached).
