Output does not show correct version of the attachment when latest version is removed

What is it about?

This bug only appears when you delete the newest version of an attachment. The expectation here would be that the version before the deleted one is displayed. However the deleted version is displayed as long as the browser holds a cached version of the image.

Workaround

Perform the following steps:

Edit the page.
Open the SVG Out macro and save it again.
Save the page.

Now the correct version will be displayed.

Technical background

Confluence does not notify the plug-in that an attachment version has been deleted. Therefore our plug-in still thinks it refers to the correct version.
