Debugger support for delphi compiler

Program compiled in debug mode with delphi linux64 compiler seems to be perfectly compatible with gdb in command line. Same for osx64. Could be very usefull to propose the debug panel setup (same than for freepascal) for delphi sdk.

Yes, it’s compatible and probably next I-Pascal version will be able to debug such executables.
