Undeclared identifier for System.SysUtils methods

Just freshly installed both Intellij and I-Pascal, and added the SDK for Delphi 10.4.1 (SDK Path: C:\Program Files (x86)\Embarcadero\Studio\21.0).
Even though the source\rtl\sys is defined in the ClassPath tab, it’s not finding methods like Format() and Supports().
