Error running <Program>: Argument for @NotNull parameter 'parameter' of ../GeneralCommandLine.addParameter must not be null

Hi I get the following error message when I try to run or debug my program: "Error running <Program>: Argument for @NotNull parameter 'parameter' of com/intellij/execution/configuration/GeneralCommandLine.addParameter must not be null"

I think that I am missing a step because in the 'Project Structure', 'Project Settings', 'Modules' there are only three tabs shown. 'Sources', 'Paths' and 'Dependencies' and I can't find a place to insert the 'Primary file...' as I would in the 'Free Pascal IDE for Win32 for i386'.

Any assistance or guidance would be gratefully received.
