    The behavior of the call is dependent on the value of *how*, as follows.

    *mask* is a set of signal numbers (e.g. {:const:`signal.SIGINT`,
    :const:`signal.SIGTERM`}). Use ``range(1, signal.NSIG)`` for a full mask
