Wrong timezone for Hackerearth rounds

For example, CodeMonk (Checkpoint - II) opens at Feb 22, 06:30 PM AST ( https://www.hackerearth.com/challenge/competitive/codemonk-checkpoint-ii/ ) which is Feb 23 1:30 AM MSK, but 06:30 PM MSK is displayed.

I checked CodeMonk (Graph Theory - Part II) event that starts Mar 22, 06:30 PM MSK and viewed start time on clist.by 22.03 Wed 18:30 +03:00. This correct. On hackerearth reschedule start time and clist did not have time parse may be.
