Auto-update for rescheduled contests

Some contest schedules were updated, but not reflected here.

For example, SRM 711 hasn't moved to 25th. GP Tatarstan is listed twice now.

    I have problem with no unique key for this events. Fixed SRM (topcoder events) id event in google calendar use as key. Fixed GP Tatarstan (opencup events) key event is concat strings season (ex. 2016-2017) and title contest.
