guidescan available on bioconda

Issue #1 new
Christopher Tomkins-Tinch created an issue

I hope this is OK; I made guidescan available for installation via bioconda:

https://bioconda.github.io/recipes/guidescan/README.html

(It's now possible to conda install guidescan)

Recipe source on GitHub here:

https://github.com/bioconda/bioconda-recipes/tree/master/recipes/guidescan

I haven't put it through its paces, so it is possible some changes may need to be made to the recipe (especially with respect to dependencies), but in general it is available and should be easy for users to install.

In the future, it would be nice to have tagged releases of guidescan on bitbucket so downstream users can keep track of versions, as well as an explicit license (MIT, GPLv3, BSD, etc.) for the open source distribution of guidescan.

Cheers,

Chris

Thank you Christopher! We will add a tag to the present version as well as place a license on the software shortly!

    Best,
