Update on vim configuration.

* Refactor .vimrc file.
* Addition of .gvimrc file.
* On plugins:
* Some rarely used plugins or the ones that now used on per-project
basis are removed.
* Addition of OmniCppComplete plugin.
* soy* plugins renamed & adjusted with some minor tweak(s).
* Updated lucius colorscheme.
