Visual Vitals Trends timestamps are generated incorrectly for multiple files

Need to check methods on how timestamps are generated.

Attached files show a new file generated every 30s. Use http://www.epochconverter.com/ to convert x-axis to hours, minutes, seconds since midnight.

For the file starting at 14:27:30, time should be 502050, and next time should be 502080.

Does not seem to be a problem for hour data? Should look at further.
