Not always copy makes copy-tool invalid

Copy function not work at all in some cases; this makes tool unworthy.

In google calendar copy a word from a note's event.

More details (browser, steps how to repro) will be helpful. I was able to get similar issue in the Google Keep (available on the right side of the calendar) and it was traced to Google Keep bug - when text selected on the note that is is out of focus then Google Keep unselect text on mouse click. Even standard copy (Ctrl+C) will not work.

There are two workarounds:

• click on note first (so it will be in focus), then select text
• use 'Copy as a plain text' feature for notes that are not in focus
